Just received an email from Cass Business School this morning inviting me to join the Class of 2008! I'm SOOOOOO excited! I still have to hear back from 2 more schools but it's SO great to be accepted.

Another interview invitation!!

Cranfield has invited me to interview with them on April 16, 2007. YEAH! I can't wait. It will be another phone interview and they have requested that I prepare a 3 minute presentation on a topic that they have given me.

When I first started looking at Biz schools I kind of dismissed Cranfield since it wasn't geographically where I wanted to be but at my father's urging I looked into it more. It's a GREAT school; highly rated by the Financial Times. If I get in, I would be a fool not to accept. We'll see...

Interview Day!

Well I haven't posted in awhile-- I've been BUSY. But this morning I had my phone interview with Cass Business School in London. I spoke to Dr. Chris Storey-- a very nice man who asked me the usual barrage of questions: Why do you want to get an MBA? Do you want to continue in the Charity/non-profit field after graduation? Why not? What skills do you have to contribute to the Cass team?

My interview was at 7:15 am EST. I woke up early, made myself some breakfast, etc. But I barely slept last night because I had this TERRIBLE nightmare that I bombed my interview. Thankfully, I don't think that was the case.

Dr. Storey said it would be a few days before I heard... so here's hoping. Meanwhile, I sent in my Cranfield application and I am waiting (hoping) to hear about an interview. Judge is next on the chopping block and I'm halfway through Tanaka and LBS.

Cross fingers!!!!

I got an interview!!!

Cass contacted me-- they want to interview me!!!!! WOOO HOOOO Actually, I emailed them a few weeks ago to see if they had received my application (I was concerned about priority mail, etc) and they replied saying they had and that I have been shortlisted for an interview! YEAH! I do better in person, but they only conduct telephone interviews with overseas applicants.
